Former Managing Director of Edwards Lifesciences Sales (Israel), Gil Tenenbaum possesses over 25 years of experience spanning a distinguished career in the medical technology industry, including serving as the company’s CEO and Regional Commercial Director in Israel and across Europe for the past 12 years, in addition to holding prominent positions in a variety of leading American corporations.

Mr. Tenenebaum’s wealth of experience, including his expertise in structural heart technology, and in spearheading strategic collaborations, has granted him a unique perspective on the healthcare sector, which he employs as MedTech Israel’s Chairman.

Oron Agam

Oron Agam

The GM of Johnson & Johnson Medtech Israel and a prominent leader in the medical technology industry, Oron Agam started working at Johnson & Johnson in a junior role, but soon progressed to become head of the company’s surgical division, its VP of Marketing, and finally, GM. His achievements earned him a seat on the prestigious board of the Medical Equipment Division of the Israeli Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Agam’s extensive experience, coupled with his broad educational background, which includes an MBA from Ben Gurion University of the Negev, a BA in finance from Bar Ilan University, and graduating from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University, and the Leadership Program for Life Sciences Executives at California University, make him an invaluable asset to MedTech Israel’s board.

Arik Corcos

With a distinguished career spanning 14 years in the medical technology industry, Medtronic Israel CEO, Arik Corcos, is a seasoned executive and accomplished leader in driving business growth, managing teams and P&L, achieving significant revenue and profit objectives, and driving marketing initiatives that not only improve financial KPIs but also positively impact clinical outcomes.

Mr. Corcos’s ability to build strong relationships with upper-level decision-makers, coupled with his extensive experience leading the Cardiac Rhythm Products Division at Medtronic Israel, and his educational background in computer science and management, make him an invaluable member of MedTech Israel’s board.

Aviram (Avi) Suchard

Aviram (Avi) Suchard

In addition to serving as CEO and GM of Philips Electronics Israel, a board member of the Israeli High-Tech Association, Director of the Export Institute, and Chairman of International Affairs in the Industry Association, Aviram (Avi) Suchard is a board member of MedTech Israel.

Having spent over fifteen years in the medical technology industry, working closely with healthcare system leaders and institutions, policymakers, governmental ministries, and NGOs, Mr. Suchard possesses an in-depth understanding of the medical ecosystem, both in Israel and abroad.

Ofir Klein

Serving as BD Israel Country General Manager, Ofir Klein possesses nearly two decades of experience in the medical technology industry, including 13 years in Medtronic where he held key management and marketing positions, with a focus on cardiology, spine, and neurosurgery innovations. Over the course of his tenure at Medtronic and BD Israel, Mr. Klein has been instrumental in driving growth and strategic partnerships within the country.

Bringing his extensive experience, and a passion for accelerating medical technology innovation, Mr. Klein is an invaluable member of the MedTech Israel board.

Ronit Segal Hirshberg

Ronit Segal Hirshberg

An expert in healthcare management, strategic planning and partnerships development, with extensive experience as both a senior member of the Rambam Medical Center management and CEO of Rambam’s Health Corporation, Ronit Segal Hirshberg serves as MedTech Israel’s CEO.

Holding a BS.c and an MBA from the Technion in Haifa, Dr. Segal Hirshberg obtained her Ph.D. at Haifa University, the School of Business Administration, focusing on international marketing of Israeli life science companies. Over the course of her career, Dr. Segal Hirshberg established and managed a variety of departments and created business strategies, integrating economic planning, business development, and marketing methods, all with the aim of increasing access to health services and innovative technologies.
