The CEO will lead and manage MedTech Israel’s strategy and operations as well as promote the organization’s mission: advocating for access to advanced medical technologies for Israeli citizens, and promoting the medical technologies industry in Israel by encouraging innovation, creating an optimized business-oriented environment, improving regulatory conditions and reinforcing the positioning of the medical technologies sector as a leading industry in Israel.
The CEO will be responsible for MedTech’s operations, including formulating and implementing an annual strategic work plan in line with the organization’s goals. Additionally, the CEO will recruit new member companies to MedTech Israel and maintain relationships with existing member companies.

Job Requirements:

• Academic degree, preferably in management/business management or the health professions
• At least five years of proven management experience
• Ability to initiate organizational development towards growth, lead regulatory processes with authorities, teamwork, negotiation management, and marketing.
• In-depth familiarity with the health system in Israel and key personnel
• High-level written and spoken Hebrew, including the ability to present and speak at industry conferences and forums, high-level English
• Work Hours: This is a part-time position
